Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the Rentsi Service. Breaking it may lead to suspension or termination.

1. Do not use the Service to

Break any law, including fair housing, consumer protection, debt collection, privacy and telemarketing laws.

Send texts, calls or emails without the consent the law requires, or keep contacting someone after they opt out.

Discriminate against any person in housing decisions.

Upload malware, or content you don't have the rights to.

Harass, threaten or mislead tenants, applicants, owners, vendors or employees.

Monitor employees without the notice and consent your state requires.

2. Security

Don't probe, scan or test the Service's vulnerabilities without our written permission, try to access other customers' data, share logins between people, or overload the Service.

3. Messaging

Use only phone numbers and sender identities you are authorized to use, complete any carrier registration required for business texting, and honor STOP/opt-out requests.

4. Reporting
