What the API covers
- Read & write: properties, units, tenants, leases, charges, payments, work orders, vendors
- Webhooks: tenant.created, payment.received, workorder.created, workorder.updated, lease.created, signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried for 24 hours
- Scoped keys: the property manager picks read or read & write per area and can revoke a key any time
- Private by design: SSNs, birth dates, bank, routing, MICR and card numbers are never exposed
- Logged: every call shows up in the customer's activity log
