Pricing questions
What counts as a unit?
Each rentable residential or commercial unit you manage in Rentsi. Parking spaces and storage don't count.
How do 25-unit blocks work?
Your unit count is rounded up to the next 25 and billed at $1.50 per unit, so each block is $37.50/month. 230 units are billed as 250; 251 units as 275. When your unit count crosses into a new block, your bill moves up one block the next month.
Is there a minimum?
Yes: 200 units ($300/month). Smaller portfolios pay the minimum.
Is there a free trial?

What isn't included?
Usage charges from the accounts you connect: your phone/texting provider, your payment processor's fees, and your bank's fees. Those are billed by them, to you.
Can I cancel?
