This Privacy Policy explains how Rentsi LLC (“we”) collects, uses and shares information through the Rentsi website and Service.

1. Two kinds of information

Information about our customers and website visitors, which we control: for example your name, work email, phone number, company, unit count and messages you send us.

Customer Data, which our customers put into the Service about their tenants, applicants, owners, vendors and staff. For Customer Data we act on our customer's instructions as their service provider, and the customer's own privacy notice applies to those individuals.

2. What we collect from visitors and customers

Details you enter in forms (demo, trial, contact, video access, checkout), including your consent choices and the time, IP address and policy version when you accept our terms or give consent.

Basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed, referring page and campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the address you arrived from.

Account and billing information. Card details are collected by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.

3. How we use it

To respond to you, provide demos and trials, set up and support accounts, bill for subscriptions, improve the Service, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.

To call or text you about your request only if you consented, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

4. Sharing

With service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email, texting, payments), under contracts that limit their use of the data.

If required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Customers can export and request deletion of Customer Data as described in the Subscription Agreement.

6. Security

We use measures such as encryption of stored secrets, hashed passwords, role-based access and activity logging. No system is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we will respond as those laws require.

8. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and change the date above. If changes are material, we will give additional notice.
